Metal stripping can be a very difficult process.  With some metals like Ni it can be very challenging to find the right balance of stripping strength with the right amount of inhibiting factors so that the substrate does not get damaged. American Chemical has many different formulas that are designed for very specific operations.

Sealants/Topcoats can significantly increase salt spray hours, and or add lubricity to your product.  Also we have products that can add pigment to the product to not only add salt spray hours, but will increase visual appearance.  Our “Protectall 200B” is a great example of this.  This formulation adds a brilliant shiny black appearance to your Trivalent black passivation process while adding salt spray hours!
