Sealants and Topcoats

  • Protectall P200 -Protectall P200 has been developed to enhance the corrosion resistant properties of trivalent chromium passivates on zinc and zinc alloys for the automotive and other industries. This process is designed for a high corrosion protection and thermal stability (over 250°F for several hours).
  • Protectall P200M – This product is the same as the Protectall P200 but with the addition of a torque modifier.
  • Protectall P200B – A Black Mineral topcoat with a torque tension co-efficient of 0.15 and can increase salt spray hours to 200+
  • Protectall 811 – An Organo-Mineral Organic Topcoat with a torque tension co-efficient of 0.11.
  • Protectall 210 – An Automotive specified Organo-Mineral topcoat designed to protect passivated zinc and zinc alloys against corrosion in a variety of environments, including the hostile conditions found in engine compartments and on the exterior of motor vehicles. It gives a controlled torque tension co-efficient of 0.15 +/- 0.03
  • Protectall 115 – An economical Organo-Mineral Organic Topcoat with a controlled torque tension co-efficient of 0.15 +/- 0.03.
