Zinc/Zinc Alloy Plating

Zinc

  • Zincobrite ALS – Solvent Free, water based, mildly acidic Zinc process.   This process may run with Ammonium Chloride or with Potassium Chloride.  This process is suitable for both Rack and Barrel applications and has a high cloud point for higher operating temperatures if needed.
  • Zincobrite AZ Ultra – A unique acid chloride zinc additive package system exhibiting extended brightness and uniform thickness at both high and low current densities and at traditionally low as well as at high temperatures The hyper-concentrated additives are designed for ammonium or potassium makeups and is an ideal rack and barrel acid zinc plating process..
  • Zincobrite AHT – An Acid Zinc process that can withstand high temperature plating, (125F) while still having good leveling ability.   This process can be used for rack and barrel plating with ammonium or potassium chloride based systems.
  • Zincobrite CZ – A Cyanide Brightener sytem for both rack and barrel plating
  • Zincobrite ALK Plus – A unique cyanide-free, alkaline zinc additive package system exhibiting extended brightness and uniform thickness at both high and low current densities and at traditionally low as well as at high temperatures. With additional tolerance for high impurity levels, ALK Plus is an ideal rack and barrel zinc plating process.   Provides a superior uniform distribution of up to 15% across the entire current density operating range when compared to standard alkaline zinc processes
  • Alekos AZ – A Solvent based Acid Zinc process.

Zinc Alloys

  • Zincalloy Fe – An alkaline zinc-iron alloy plating process giving exceptional corrosion resistance. Deposits have a consistent alloy of 0.3 – 0.6% iron. Zincalloy FE ensures excellent metal distribution, high covering power, bright finish, stress-free and ductile deposits. The process is suitable for either rack or barrel plating installations.
  • Zincalloy ZNi – A new generation of high-efficiency alkaline zinc nickel processes giving an alloy of 12- 15% nickel. It offers very high corrosion resistance. The process gives excellent distribution and very high covering power. The deposits obtained show low internal stress and good ductility whatever the current density used. It is suitable for both barrel and rack application.
