Anodizing Additive MAA – Additive that broadens the parameters of operations for anodizing. Designed for high temperature hard anodizing.
Aloxidize – Developed to produce an anodic coating on aluminum substrates using a blend of additives that result in unique surface properties unlike any other method of anodization. When operated properly, the anodic coating produced will have a smooth surface with no micro-fractures and within proper operating parameters, have very limited dimensional change. The micro-fractures initiate corrosion resistance and the smoothness provides abrasion resistance. The coating pore structure readily accepts dye pigments and is optimal for color matching. The coating produced is an enhanced Mil-A-8625 Type II with properties of both Type II and Type III
